The Story
Six SpareTime racers made the trip to Area RC this weekend for the club's 24-Hour LeMans — noon Saturday to noon Sunday, straight through. Team SpareTime Raceway brought home
4th place overall out of eight teams entered in the Lm Mini Z class, turning
6,708 laps across the full 24 hours.
Two of the six —
Brody Tarrant and
Johnny Seay — didn't even wait for the checkered flag to head home. Both left Area RC and drove two hours straight back to SpareTime to make Sunday's club race, turning in late entries after missing the normal qualifying window. They made it count: Tarrant finished P2 in Kyosho GT and P2 in Unified LM Stock, while Seay landed P3 in Kyosho GT — all off almost no sleep. Full recap in this week's
Sunday Club Racing newsletter.
